Assistant Esports Coach

Landmark College seeks a part-time Assistant Esports Coach to support the head coach and to provide coaching and development to the student-athletes in Landmark's burgeoning esports program. Familiarity with PC and console-based competitive video games, group facilitation, high regard for sportsmanship, ethical, and fair play, ability to guide students with a wide range of abilities, and an appreciation of the role of team-based activities in education and student development is required. Experience working with neurodivergent students is preferred. Commitment requires a nontraditional work schedule including working one to three evenings and/or weekends per week. This position is mostly in-person.
